SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

ORDERING

Estimated time until shipping (amount of time between when you place your order and when it is shipped) is usually 1 to 3 business days, though it is our goal to ship orders within 48 hours.

Customers are responsible for providing current, complete and accurate shipping address for deliveries.

Notice: We are no longer able to change orders once they have been placed, due to multiple people and departments that work to finish each order. Orders are printed shortly after we receive them, and go into the fulfillment stage. If we happen to be out of an item, we will send you a refund unless we are planning to receive the item in the very near future.

Shipping and handling costs will be determined at checkout.

SALES TAX

Canadians:

Alberta, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut customers: Please add 5% sales tax for all orders.

Saskatchewan customers: Please add 11% sales tax for all orders.

British Columbia and Manitoba customers: Please add 12% sales tax for all orders.

Ontario customers: Please add 13% sales tax for all orders.

Quebec customers: Please add 14.975% sales tax for all orders.

Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador and Prince Edward Island customers: Please add 15% sales tax for all orders.

Other geographic areas are not subjected to sales tax.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Cash as well as Paypal (when ordering online).

Note: Orders cannot be shipped until payment has been received by Aquonics.

EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

You may return any unopened, unused merchandise for a full refund within 15 days of the date of purchase. No items purchased after 15 days can be returned for a refund.

We reserve the right to decline a request for refunds if the item has been used. Items that have not been used but have been opened may be issued a refund minus a 50% re-stocking fee.

Unopened, unused items are only eligible for an exchange or refund up to the purchase price of the item.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
